Am Fost La Munte Și Mi-a Plăcut (Romanian for “I Went To The Mountains And I Liked It”) is a post-rock group based in Bucharest. The group was formed in 2016 and has since performed at the renowned dunk!festival in Belgium, as well as Electric Castle, Rockstadt Extreme Fest, and other festivals in Europe. Their discography includes three full-length records, the most recent of which (La Vale) was released via dunk!records on vinyl. AFLMSMP's fourth record is in the works and it will show the band further exploring their signature blend of riff-oriented post-rock and progressive music, with stoner inflexions and a focus on the songwriting techniques that have made it possible for AFLMSMP to remain original and to expand their sound from one record to another. As the territory of contemporary experimental music is becoming explored in increasing depth around the world, AFLMSMP aims to improve their standing by placing emphasis on the areas they've always valued the most: writing hard-hitting, original music, and carrying out compelling live performances.

Am Fost La Munte Și Mi-a Plăcut (AFLMȘMP) e o formație de post-rock din București formată din 5 băieți, care nu sunt toți din București. Nu au vocalist, fiindcă nu zice nicăieri că trebuie.

Cântă împreună din 2016 și de atunci tot scriu muzică instrumentală cu o sonoritate puternică, unele melodii fiind chiar reușite. Pe cele mai puțin reușite nu le cântă.

E posibil să-i știți de la ediția din 2017 a Rockstadt Extreme Fest sau de la Electric Castle, unde au cucerit în 2017, 2019 și 2021 inimile metaliștilor, hipsterilor și corporatiștilor de pretutindeni. Au mai cântat la dunk!festival, în Belgia, festivalul de referință pentru genul muzical cultivat de AFLMȘMP.

Între timp au scos trei albume, două dintre ele chiar ok, cel mai recent fiind lansat și pe vinil în colaborare cu dunk!records.

Cel de-al patrulea album al AFLMȘMP este în lucru, formația aflându-se în plină explorare a sunetului caracteristic de post-rock și prog, cu inflexiuni de stoner.
